I ordered from ping.com i was, I mean, my shots were going a bit farther pretty much right away. It’s not some huge difference, but it’s definitely enough that I noticed it on the course. Happy with it so far.

I don’t remember every little detail of what happened, but I do know I had an issue with the warranty and support got it sorted out without too much hassle. It took a bit of time, but nothing crazy, and in the end I was happy with how they handled it

I booked a custom fitting through ping.com, and it was a lot simpler than I expected. I’m not exactly an expert on this stuff, so I can’t say I compared every possible option, but the info was easy to follow and I found a fitting location near me quickly.

The fitter was patient and didn’t make me feel awkward for asking basic questions. We tried a few shafts and lie angles, and while I don’t have some perfect way to prove every choice was the absolute best, it felt like he was actually paying attention to what worked for my swing.

The clubs took a little while to arrive, but once I got them out on the course, they definitely felt better than my old set. Maybe part of that is just being excited about new clubs, but overall I’m really happy with how the whole fitting went.

I bought this from PING thinking it would be a little more sturdy, especially for the price. After just a few normal uses, it’s already starting to show some wear, and it just doesn’t feel as solid as it did at first. Maybe I got a bad one, maybe I didn’t, but I expected it to last better. Disappointed with it overall.

For the price, I’m happy with it. It was cheap enough, does what I need, and works fine for me. I’d definitely use it again if I needed another one.

I’ve used ping.com a few times now, the site is easy to get around. The pages loaded fast, and I found the main info without having to click around too much. A couple of menu items felt a little tucked away at first, so it did take me a minute to figure out where everything was. But overall, good experience, good experience. I just think a few parts could be a bit clearer

I’ve been happy with the driver overall. It feels solid when you hit it, and it’s forgiving enough that a few off-center shots don’t totally ruin things. My only real gripe is the price — it’s good, but paying that much feels a little avoidable.

My order showed up a day late, which was a little annoying, but honestly, well, not i mean overall, it was still a decent experience. The tracking worked fine the whole time, and the package arrived in good shape...

I’d ordered the wrong shaft flex, basically my mistake, so I had to send it back and get the right one. Sorting the return label was simple enough, nothing confusing, and the exchange actually moved faster than I expected. The emails told me what was going on, so I wasn’t stuck chasing anyone. All in all, easy process and I’d buy from PING again.

I wanted to like it, but the whole design just feels dated and a bit all over the place. It kind of gives the impression that nobody’s really taken the time to clean it up or make it feel modern

I tried a PING club after hearing a lot of good things, but it just didn’t feel right to me. The hit felt kind of dead, and the sound was way too clicky for my taste. I also got a little frustrated because I had a basic request/question when I was checking it out, and it felt like it was just ignored. Maybe this club works great for other people, but I couldn’t get used to it, and for the price I expected a lot better

I found it easy to customize everything the way I wanted. The options covered what I needed without making things complicated, so overall I’m happy with it.
